How do I know if I have properly submitted my registration?

Upon registration you will recieve a confirmation email outlining your event selections. You will also receive a final confirmation prior to the event. Please ensure that your email address is correct in your OPUS student center and that you are offering us an email address that you check frequently. We will use that email address to send you any important updates. Please check your email account's SPAM and junk folders if you do not receive an immediate confirmation notice. Be sure "emory.edu" is added to your safe list.

If you fail to receive a confirmation, please email sphadmissions@emory.edu.

What will I need when I check in?

When you arrive, please check in at our registration table located in the Plaza Lobby of the Claudia Nance Rollins Building and offer us your name. Upon checking in, you will receive the following:

  • Schedule
  • Name tag
  • Welcome bag

No additional verification is required to check in.

Should I bring my resume or CV?

If you plan to attend the Rollins Research and Activities Fair, you will have the opportunity to interact with several faculty members and project coordinators. The purpose of the Fair is to showcase all of the academic opportunities and research taking place at Rollins, but a few of the tables you visit may have available opportunities for the Fall. Your are welcome to bring some copies of your resume to this event but it is not a requirement. Copying and printing services will not be available so please be sure to have these items prior to your visit.

What is the attire?

The attire for Experience Rollins is business casual. Other suggested items include:

  • A light sweater or jacket as some areas may be cooler than others.
  • An umbrella in case of rain.
  • Comfortable shoes for activities that require walking or standing.

If I am driving to campus, will parking be available?

Yes, there will be free parking available on campus for those who drive. You will receive a detailed confirmation email from us with directions to the school and specific information about parking when you register for the event.
