All students who have graduated or submitted a degree application will receive an e-mail from our RSPH Marching Order System (rsphcommencement@emory.edu) inviting you to RSVP to the RSPH Degree Candidate Recognition Ceremony. Please check your inbox, clutter box, and junk mail.
Students who plan on attending the RSPH Degree Candidate Recognition Ceremony are required to RSVP to the ceremony by Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 11:55PM EDT. Late RSVP submissions will not be accepted.
Please log in to the MarchingOrder System to submit an RSVP for the RSPH Degree Candidate Recognition Ceremony. Please note that your credentials are unique to you and cannot be shared with other graduates.
- Graduates will be individually recognized at the RSPH Degree Candidate Recognition Ceremony. Plans for individual recognition include your name being announced, graduates walking across the stage, and having a slide displayed with your photo, name, and academic program.
- On the MarchingOrder System, you have the option to upload your photo to be displayed on the slide created for you, which will play during the ceremony.
- You will also be able to record your name to ensure proper pronunciation during the ceremony.
- Graduates will receive their ticket, known as a GradPass, closer to the date of the ceremony.
GUEST TICKET REMINDER: At this time, students are only able to confirm their attendance to participate in this year’s ceremony. Guest tickets are not available at this time.
- We can confirm that each graduate will be guaranteed at least 4 guest tickets.
- A final number of guest tickets will be communicated when the Guest Ticketing Period takes place beginning Monday, March 20 at 9:00AM and closing Friday, April 7 at 11:55PM EDT.
- Students that submit an RSVP and are confirmed to attend will be able to reserve and claim guest tickets.
