The 2018 Diploma Ceremony will be held Monday, May 14, at McDonough Field.
Students should begin their graduation preparations in a timely manner. The information being provided will aid you in planning for graduation day, so please check this website regularly for any updates to schedules and/or any other requirements.

Grad Fair 2018 - Barnes and Noble @ Emory University
Students may wish to buy their regalia, diploma frames, class rings, and custom graduation announcements at this event.

Regalia must be purchased by this date. All Emory student regalia is custom-made and the vendor requires 8 weeks to produce the regalia. The Bookstore does carry and continue to sell student regalia up until graduation, though students should not wait to purchase their attire. Sizes will become limited and even unavailable as Commencement approaches if not ordered in time.

It is MANDATORY to RSVP in order to participate in the Rollins Diploma Ceremony. If you do not RSVP by Friday, May 4, you will not be allowed to participate.

Graduates will line up for the 173rd Commencement Exercises of Emory University at the Quadrangle.
|9:00 a.m.- 10:45 a.m.||
The Commencement Exercises include the Commencement speaker, conferral of Honorary Degrees and awards, and the conferral of degrees en masse. Degree candidates rise and are presented as a school by their academic dean and are represented on-stage by student marshals. This event will occur on the Quadrangle.
Graduates are to line up on the side of the Woodruff Physical Education Center (WPEC)closest to McDonough Field at 12:45 p.m.. When you arrive, go to the sign that corresponds to your last name.
**Please note that there will be no line up at RSPH.
Seating for the RSPH Diploma Ceremony will be open.
**Please note that seating will not be available before this time, as the School of Nursing's Diploma Ceremony immediately precedes the Rollins School of Public Health Diploma Ceremony.**

|3:30 p.m.||Following the ceremony's end, students will be led to the diploma pick-up location.|
