The RollinsTogether Orientation Experience
Virtual Sessions for the RollinsTogether Orientation Experience will take place for all incoming students from August 5 - 12.
With recent changes to the fall semester calendar, the RollinsTogether Orientation Experience will now be a fully-online, engaging multistep program that will provide you with important information and opportunities to get to know the Rollins community. You will have the opportunity to meet new and current students, learn about student and academic life, and more! Orientation will include:
- Pre-Orientation Modules that will be available on Canvas, starting on July 1. You will receive an invitation to join the RSPH Incoming Student Requirements Canvas Page, and must accept the invitation to access pre-orentation modules. Students must complete Modules 1, 2, 3, and 4 by Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 11:59PM EST. Module 5 will be available in mid-July.
- Required Readings for Orientation. At the Rollins School of Public Health, it is an expectation that our faculty, staff and students promote and foster a community of belonging. Throughout your time at Rollins, there will be opportunities to engage in conversations related to diversity, equity and inclusion in public health. During our Orientation Virtual Sessions, you will participate in a Cultural Humility Training, and learn more about the intersections of racism and COVID-19 in Atlanta during our Virtual CDC Day Event.
