Gerald Clay Headshot

Gerald Clay

Gerald Clay is the Assistant Director, of Career Services and Engaged Learning. Gerald has over 25 years of experience in Business Operations Management and Adult Career Development. Gerald served as a Senior Operations Manager for a large international company handling Multinational Outsourcing Mortgage Operations. Gerald joined the Emory University community over 10 years ago as a Sr. Operations Manager for the Continuing Adult Education program. He developed processes and procedures to enhance the overall student experience. Gerald’s experience includes operational efficiency, process improvement, employee development, community engagement, and talent acquisition. Gerald prides himself on being able to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback to promote career advancement and personal development. Gerald’s experience as a leader of multiple teams and an effective team member gives him unique perspectives on the dynamics of successful teamwork.

Gerald has a passion for working with various volunteer organizations to help them plan community support initiatives. Gerald is an avid collector of Marvel comics, and he loves to share his passion with others.

Natista Gore is the Operations Specialist and the first person to welcome you to the Office of Student Affairs when you arrive. Natista provides operational and administrative support for the office. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Natista has had the privilege to work for two of Atlanta’s most prestigious universities in Atlanta - Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology. Over the past 17 years, Natista’s skills have continued to be enhanced by the opportunities throughout Emory University in various departments. The ability to work with various staff and students who have all impacted her journey through different experiences and opportunities. Natista always enjoys opportunities to self-reflect and grow from a personal and professional aspect.

Natista’s greatest leadership strength is being service oriented, resourceful and dependable with the skills to lead projects from concept to delivery while creating positive productive relationships.

Onika Richards Headshot

Onika Richards 

Onika Richards is the Director of Partnership and Engaged Learning in the Office of Development at Rollins School of Public Health. She is a seasoned Career Development professional with 15 plus years of experience in higher education.

Onika has a passion for serving students, maximizing their opportunities, and helping them navigate their choices post-graduation.

Onika currently leads the team in connecting employers to students through on-campus interviews, information sessions, career fairs, and other major events. She maintains and builds relationships with industry leaders and alumni to strengthen hiring relationships with the Office of Career Development, academic departments and the school. Onika also serves as a Career Coach to students and alumni. When she is away from RSPH, she enjoys traveling and vacationing at the beach.

Roger Presswood

Roger Presswood is the Director of Professional Development in the Rollins Office of Career Development and has years of combined experience in both academic and business realms. Roger began his career in academia in the Emory University Career Center, served as the Director of Alumni Career Services at Georgia State University, and joined the Rollins School of Public Health in 2010. He has a Master of Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Communications & Human Relations from Texas Christian University. His experience includes coaching and advising, interviewing and candidate selection, employee mentoring, training and development, along with certifications in emotional intelligence and career transitions.

Roger has a passion for assisting individuals in all aspects of career development and uses the knowledge and insights gained from his own career path to inspire and assist others in reaching their own career goals and successes. In his personal time, he has a passion for ballroom dancing, and enjoys music, hiking, and sports.

Srdjan Popovic Headshot

Srdjan Popovic

With his passion for career, professional, and organizational development, Srdjan serves as the Executive Director for the RSPH’s Office of Career Development. In his role, Srdjan provides a strategic direction for the office and strives to deliver cutting edge resources that will help build a new generation of public health leaders. Experiences from various industries and higher education enable him to effectively relate to students from different academic and professional backgrounds.

Over the years, Srdjan has worked with thousands of adult learners to help them grow professionally and navigate their career paths. Additionally, he has advised leaders from different organizations on best practices for staff development and process improvement. Srdjan is passionate about helping people discover and pursue their callings so they can contribute to causes that are important to them.

Srdjan is a native of Montenegro and holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Srdjan performs and composes on guitar, enjoys travelling globally while carrying his camera to capture moments that inspire his colleagues and friends.
