The office oversees the process of accreditation for the school, serves as liaison to the university for other accreditation-related functions, and collects data to facilitate reporting to relevant constituencies (e.g., the university, the accrediting agency, etc.).
The Office of Academic Affairs interacts with the Office of Student Affairs on policies and procedures related to admissions and monitoring student performance and with the Associate Dean for Research in the coordination of doctoral programs in public health sciences.
