DENISE  KENSON

Denise Kenson, is an Associate Director of Application Development for Emory/Rollins School of Public Health (RSPH), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), an Agile Practitioner and an Affiliate Faculty. In her role as the Associate Director of Application Development, she's responsible for all of the application development strategies, database management, media development and technologies supporting the academic, research, and administrative systems at the school. She is also an instructor for the EMPH APHI Data Management and Data Enterprise Architecture course since 2018. Denise has many years implementing and leading Agile development process, and over 25 years of management and software development experience. Prior to becoming the Associate Director of Application Development for RSPH, she's held senior management positions in software development for application, web and mobile development for United Health Group, Gwinnett County Government, SEDC, CDC, EDS and others. Denise has extensive experience in leadership and in delivering innovative enterprise software solutions spanning over 25 years.
