HORIZONS
STD/HIV prevention for young African American women, 15-21, seeking care at three Teen Clinics
AFIYA
STD/HIV prevention for young African American women, 18-22, seeking care at Planned Parenthood. This project is designed to evaluate a maintenance intervention to sustain behavior change over 18 months. It tests an innovative Internet intervention relative to a face-to-face intervention.
Structural HIV Prevention Intervention
This new multisite project conducted in four cities (Providence, Syracuse, Columbia and Macon, the Emory site) is designed to evaluate the additive effects of TV and radio media messages to enhance safer sex among African American adolescents, 14-18.
STYLE
This new multisite project conducted in three cities (Providence, Chicago, Atlanta) is designed to evaluate an innovative intervention strategy for adolescents with emotional disabilities.
